Please read these Terms of Service carefully before you use EndlessGames (the “Service”, “site”, or “we”).
1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The Service is offered at https://www.endlessgames.co.uk and may include subpages, embeds, and features we add or remove over time. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Eligibility and children
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old, or who meet the higher age that applies in their country, or who use the Service with a parent or guardian where local law says so. 3. What we provide
We make free browser games and related pages available for personal, non-commercial entertainment unless we give written permission for something else. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Service (including specific games) at any time, with or without notice.
4. Use you must not make
You shall not, and shall not help others, to: break the law; transmit malware or disrupt servers; scrape or index the site in a way that harms performance or evades our controls; try to get unauthorized access; impersonate us or other users; harass others; or use the Service to build a competing directory by bulk copying our listings without permission. We may block access when we see abuse or risk.
5. Games and third-party content

6. No warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free play, or that third-party games will be safe, accurate, or suitable for you.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EndlessGames AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TO THE EXTENT ANY LIABILITY IS FOUND, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR A FREE BROWSER USER) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), UNLESS A MANDATORY LAW SAYS OTHERWISE.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us and our team against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of someone else’s rights — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct where the law disallows that bargain.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, especially if we must comply with the law or protect users. Provisions that should survive (limits of liability, governing law, etc.) will survive.
10. Governing law and informal disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the case to another country’s law, except where your jurisdiction gives you non-waivable consumer protections — those stay in force. 11. For EU/UK users
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you keep rights under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, including the right to use local dispute-resolution bodies where they exist. Nothing in these terms is meant to take those rights away.
12. U.S. export and sanctions
You represent that you are not in a country embargoed by the United States, not on a U.S. government list of blocked parties, and not using the Service in violation of export control rules.
13. Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. We will post the new version and adjust the “last updated” note when we do. If changes are important, we may add a site banner or other notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms, except that some jurisdictions require stronger notice or consent for certain changes.
